At Dance Bugs, we have tailored dance lessons that will be fun, teach co-ordination, listening skills and give them a snippet of a wide variety of dance styles, which will not only shape your child's dancing skills but will also make them ready for structured dance lessons in the future.

All our staff are registered teachers with the Royal Academy of Dance or The Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing.
About our dance teacher
Laura Jakes trained at the London College of Dance and graduated with a diploma in dance teaching which covered classical ballet, modern theatre, jazz and tap. Whilst at college Laura taught in America for one summer and also taught in a community outreach project while continuing to gain her ISTD qualifications. Soon after college, Laura went on to teach in Greece for a year, before becoming a freelance teacher based in Leeds. Laura specialises in ballet dance classes.
After graduation, Laura Jakes also gained her Royal Academy of Dancing Teachers status. Laura established her school in 1993 with only 20 pupils. We now have over 150 pupils.
